TENDER NOTICE
Request for Proposal (RFP) are invited for integrating thirty-six Community Information Centers (CIC) into the Common Services Centers (CSC) Scheme in a public private partnership framework from national or international firms, consortiums & NGOs. Service Centre Agency will be selected through a process in accordance with the requirement defined in the RFP. The Common Services Centers (CSC) are meant to provide high quality and cost effective video, voice and data content, in the areas of e-Government, education, health, entertainment and other possible government and private services.
Role of the Service Centre Agency
i. Integrating the existing thirty six CICs into the CSC Scheme with terms and conditions defined in the RFP
ii. Operating and maintaining the entire Common Services Centers network in the State
iii. Collating/ developing a bouquet of Content and Services to be delivered through these centers
The pre-qualification criteria and the detailed tender documents are available in the link below for the purpose of download and printing by the prospective bidders. The pre-bid conference will be held at ICT's Office, at Secretariat Building Block A, Aizawl, Mizoram, on 30.5.2008 at 11:00 AM. The Bid document is to be submitted to the undersigned on the same date before 15:00 hours and the bid document will be opened on at 15:30 hours
