Secretary, Planning Programme Implementation Department intent to engage a repute Service Providers experienced in the relevant field to function as SeMT and to act as full time internal advisory body in undertaking e-Governance project in Mizoram for a period of one year.

01. The bid document will be available on payment of Rs 1000.00 in the form of Demand Drafts in favour of Secretary, Planning & Programme Implementation on any working day from 11:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M from Principle Informatics Officer, ICT Secretariat Block ‘A’ Top Floor.

03. Last date of submission of bids : 6.5.08 12Noon
