Request for Proposal
(RFP) are invited for integrating thirty-six Community
Information Centers (CIC) into the Common Services
Centers (CSC) Scheme in a Public Private Partnership
(PPP) framework from National or International firms,
consortiums & NGOs. Service Centre Agency will be
selected through a process in accordance with the
requirement defined in the RFP. The Common Services
Centers (CSC) are meant to provide high quality and cost
effective video, voice and data content, in the areas of
e-Government, education, health, entertainment and other
possible government and private services.

experienced in the relevant field to function as SeMT
and to act as full time internal advisory body in
undertaking e-Governance project in Mizoram for a period
of one year.
